Returns & Exchanges

At The Cowgirl, we want you to love your Western-inspired finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our ranch team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
